eSelect is a product within the +Plus Program that can be added to either the Quad or the Pro product line to provide your organization with the ability to easily handle a variety of selection processes. eSelect is commonly used to handle the submission, review and selection processes for Abstract/Call for Papers, Call for Speakers, Awards Programs, Call for Topics and Leadership Nomination Processes.
eSelect was designed to ensure that the user has ultimate flexibility in configuring the submission and review processes to create the desired experience for your users. With simple point-and-click configuration, you can design the website where individuals will submit their information and reviewers will access submissions for evaluation. eSelect includes easy set-up of business rules for selection processes, including open submission dates, notification dates and review dates. The administrator has the ability to decide how to assign reviewers to submissions and can do so at a group level, based on submission criteria and/or through individual matching of submission to reviewer.
