With delivering service excellence in the field continuing to be both a goal and a challenge for many businesses Trimble recently commissioned The Service Council, a leading research and advisory firm in the service arena, to conduct an independent research report titled Achieving The Perfect Workday: Intelligent Field Service Management.
The report, written by Sumair Dutta, Chief Customer Officer of The Service Council will be released in July. It sets out to reveal what issues are still affecting the ability to deliver quality service in the field, how these issues can be pinpointed and how each level of a field service organization can use information from the field to drive improvement.
