PD Clinical Question and Answers with Dr. Jeffrey Perl featuring Urgent Start PD and AK
BAXTER LIVE EVENT: PD Clinical Question and Answers with Dr. Jeffrey Perl featuring Urgent Start PD and AK

Date: Friday, July 10, 2020
Time: 9am PST, 10am MST, 11am CST, 12pm EST
Presentation Topic: PD Clinical Q&A – Urgent Start PD and AKI
Topic Description:
This is a chance for you to bring all of your questions to the table and have a 1:1 conversation with Dr. Jeffrey Perl, one of the PD industry’s leading key opinion leaders. We noticed that our national webinar’s audience had more questions than our Q&A session allowed time for, so this is a brand new offering allowing us to focus more time on directly addressing your clinical needs. This particular series will focus on Urgent Start PD in the Late-referred ESRD Patient, and Urgent Start PD for Acute Kidney Injury. As this topic becomes more prevalent in current events with COVID-19, we wanted to facilitate this discussion and address your clinical curiosities.
During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to ask specific questions, hear case studies as well as learn key concepts on the following:
  • Define urgent-start PD
  • Identify appropriate clinical situations where urgent-start PD would be a good choice
  • Review infrastructure requirements and key elements of a successful urgent-start PD program
If you would like to submit your questions ahead of this webinar, please email your questions or non-patient specific case studies to kai_robbins@baxter.com and mention the webinar date you plan to attend.
