Audrey’s Introduces 450 New Items at the Atlanta Summer Market!
Summer has finally arrived and we could not be happier. The bustle of outdoor activity is so refreshing. Whether you are stopping by the neighborhood lemonade stand, watching the bees dance with the flowers or petting one of the playful pups out for a walk, there is no better season. It’s this time of year that we introduce our newest collection of Garden, Gift, Easter, Floral and Home Décor.

You will discover 450 new products that meet our goal to “Bring Happiness Home”. While focusing on our proven trends of Farmhouse, Inspiration and Vintage, we pivoted with an intentional focus to introduce product with a fresh, clean and colorful look. We continue to expand on best-selling categories of home décor, wall décor, floral and lighting while offering a wide variety of fabrications, many with mixed material compositions. Below is a highlight of four of our newest collections which will debut in Atlanta this July.

When life gives you lemons, you can either make lemonade… or a SWEET new collection!  Here at Audrey’s, we did both.  We had so much fun choosing the look for our new lemon collection – from a classic Farmer’s Market lemonade sign, to fun and bold tea towels – we’re sure you’ll be craving a big glass of lemonade after one peek!
This new collection is the bee’s knees… literally!  This collection features an adorably fluffy bumble bee surrounded by delicate flowers.  We paired it with your classic black and white buffalo check to give it a fresh, spring feel.  From tea towels to pillows – these items can brighten up any space in a home.
Playful Pups
Because no catalog is complete without a group of PLAYFUL pups!  From a little Chihuahua, to a Great Dane – it wasn’t easy for us to choose which breeds we would be featuring on these items.  The fun and playful look of this line features pillows, tea towels, bags, and much more.  Be sure to come and FETCH these items before they’re sold out!
Timeless Textures
Coming up with a name for this collection wasn’t the easiest – it’s a very different look for us, but so exciting and NEW!  The look and feel of the pieces are a little “globally inspired”, but the patterns, textures, and design of these pieces also feel “timeless” – in the sense that they may go, but they’re always going to come back.  We’re so excited to introduce Timeless Textures, and we know you’ll love it as much as we do!

Summer Fun Facts
  • July, the hottest summer month in the Northern Hemisphere, is National Ice Cream Month, not surprisingly. Americans eat an average 20 quarts of ice cream a year. Vanilla is the most popular flavor, with chocolate coming in a distant second.
  • Frisbees were invented in the 1870’s as a pie plate until college students in the 1940’s began throwing them around.
  • Another interesting fact about summer is that television shows used to only be reruns during the summer months. The idea being that everyone was outside enjoying the weather.
  • The “dog days of summer” refer to the weeks between July 3 and August 11 and are named after the Dog Star (Sirius) in the Canis Major constellation.
  • A ubiquitous summer treat is watermelon. Watermelon is part of the cucumber, pumpkin, and squash family and consists of 92% water. On average, Americans consume 15 pounds of watermelon annually.
  • The first National Spelling Bee was held on June 17th, 1825.
  • More thunderstorms occur during Summer than at any other time of the year.
  • Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Americans eat over 7 billion hot dogs.
Audrey’s Mission in Serving
Our founders, Ken and Audrey Mull, believe in the mission of serving others within our local community and mission projects throughout the world. Samaritan’s Purse is an evangelical Christian humanitarian aid organization that provides aid to people in physical need as a key part of Christian missionary work. In 2018, Samaritan’s Purse responded to 18 disasters in 12 states, including tornadoes in Iowa, flooding in Texas and Hawaii, wildfires in California and hurricanes in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

For the third consecutive year, Ken and Audrey enabled several Audrey’s employees the opportunity to minister in Texas through the Samaritan’s Purse volunteer ministry. Phil Huber, Jason Kinney and his wife Angie (not an Audrey’s employee), Laureen Carpenter and Brenda Lehman traveled to Rockport, Texas where the Samaritan’s Purse base camp is located. Our team was there to offer assistance in re-building the homes and lives of those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Brenda, Laureen and Phil worked together on one rebuild while Jason and Angie worked on 4 different rebuilds. It is a true gift to be able to minister to a family’s physical and spiritual needs and a blessing to see the body of Christ come together to uplift, encourage and minister in such a tangible way. We wish to thank Ken and Audrey for making this possible and please continue to lift up those still hurting and in need. For more information on Samaritan’s purse, visit

Tariff Update
A primary concern within our industry is the trade relationship between the US and China and the impact on the goods imported for sale, plus the threat of future escalating tariffs. Thankfully President Trump and China's Xi Jinping agreed to restart trade talks last Saturday at the G20 conference, and as a result, additional tariffs that were threatened on other Chinese goods will not go forward for the "time being." While the industry awaits the results of the negotiations, we will monitor the situation closely and do whatever we can to mitigate the effects on you.
